Request help moving supported patient, scheduling, document, insurance, case, and billing-history exports at no additional cost. We provide a secure upload workflow and migration status inside your account.

Payer and clearinghouse approvals are completed by those external organizations. Intelligent Clinic OS gives you the instructions and tracks each status; claims remain blocked until the required approval is recorded.

Request White Glove MigrationIncludedWe help move supported patient demographics, appointments, documents, insurance and case information, and billing history from your current system when usable exports are available.After your workspace is created, we’ll notify our migration administrator and prepare a secure upload area. You’ll receive in-app instructions for exporting and uploading your data, and you can begin scheduling new patients while migration is underway. Final scope depends on the format and quality of your prior system’s exports.
